Saving chat outputs to a patient
Save any Rhazes result to a patient record, from a generated letter or coding run to a consultation transcript, so it outlives the chat.

What you can save
Anything Rhazes produces in a chat can be kept on the patient record, not just written answers:
- Generated documents, such as a discharge summary or referral letter. See Generating a document from a chat.
- An assessment and plan. See Assessment and plan.
- A differential diagnosis. See Differential diagnosis.
- A coding run, with the codes and their evidence. See Coding a chat.
- Workflow results. See Running a workflow in a chat.
- Transcripts of a recorded consultation. See Recording a consultation in Rhazes.
Saving one
Link the patient to the chat first, then select Store in patient record on the result you want to keep. Without a linked patient there is nothing to save it to, so the option does not appear. See Storing a response in a patient record.
Finding them again
They appear on the patient's Outputs tab, split into Saved transcripts and Other saved messages, so the recording of an encounter and the letter that came out of it sit on the same record without being mixed together in one list.
Each one keeps a link back to the chat it came from, so you can open the original conversation rather than only reading the result.
Removing one
Select Remove from patient record on the saved item, or use the same toggle in the chat. Removing it takes it off the record and leaves the chat untouched.
Why it matters
A chat can be deleted, and chats are easy to lose track of. Anything you may need again belongs on the patient rather than in the conversation that produced it.
