Recording a consultation in Rhazes
Record a whole consultation in Rhazes, keep the audio, and get a transcript you can correct and turn into a clinical note.

Starting a recording
Use the transcribe button on the chat. If you have not set your transcription preferences yet, Rhazes asks for those first, since they change how the transcript comes out. See Setting your transcription preferences.
While recording
The recorder stays open while you work. You can pause and come back to it, and you can leave a recording unfinished and pick it up later. See Saving a recording to finish later.
When you finish
Rhazes produces the transcript and attaches it to the chat. From there you can read and correct it, play the audio back, or generate a note from it with one of your templates.
Keeping it on the patient
If the chat has a patient linked, the transcript can be saved to that patient's record so it outlives the conversation. It lands under Saved transcripts on their Outputs tab. See Saving chat outputs to a patient.
