What it does
Assessment and plan reads the clinical information in the chat and generates an assessment and plan based on clinical guidelines.
Using it
Get the clinical picture into the chat first, by typing it, dictating it, attaching a document, or linking a patient.
Then either ask for a plan in your own words, which Rhazes will recognise and act on, or open More and choose Assessment and plan to be explicit about it.
