Storing a response in a patient record
Save any Rhazes result to a linked patient record, from a generated letter to a coding run or a consultation transcript.

When it is available
This only appears when the chat has a patient linked. Without one there is no record to store anything in. See Linking a patient to a chat.
Storing one
Select Store in patient record on the response. It is a toggle, so the same control then reads Remove from patient record if you change your mind.
It works on any result
Not just written answers. A generated document, an assessment and plan, a differential, a coding run with its evidence, a workflow result, or a transcript of a recorded consultation can all be kept on the record the same way.
Saved items land on the patient's Outputs tab, with transcripts listed separately from everything else. See Saving chat outputs to a patient.
Why it matters
A chat can be deleted. Anything you have stored to a patient record is kept with that patient instead, which is what makes it the right home for a generation you actually intend to use.
