Using it
Put the presentation into the chat first, however suits you: typed, dictated, attached, or from a linked patient record.
Then either ask in your own words, since Rhazes recognises a question that calls for a differential, or open More and choose Differential diagnosis to ask for one directly.
Reading the result
Treat it as a prompt for your own thinking rather than an answer. The more complete the clinical picture in the chat, the more useful the list, so it is worth adding the history and findings before running it rather than after.
