Coding a chat
Run the Rhazes coding module over a clinical conversation to get codes against your chosen standard, each with its evidence.

Opening the module
In a chat, open More and choose Extract medical codes. The coding module opens beside the conversation.
Running it
Pick the code set you are working to, then generate. Rhazes reads the clinical record in the chat, matches what is documented against that code set, and returns the codes it finds with the evidence for each.
What it reads
By default it uses the whole session, but you can narrow that. See Choosing what gets coded.
Trying it first
Opening the module costs nothing. You are only asked to upgrade at the point of generating codes.
