Select More, the plus beside the message box. Everything Rhazes can be asked to produce from a chat lives here.

The quick actions

• Upload files: add files to this chat.
• Generate document: create a clinical document from this chat, using one of your templates.
• Assessment and plan: generate an assessment and plan based on clinical guidelines.
• Differential diagnosis: generate possible diagnoses from the clinical information in this chat.
• Extract medical codes: open the coding module to code this chat against a chosen standard.
• Workflows: run one of the workflows you have built or saved.

Below them sits Response length, which is a setting rather than an action. See Setting the response length.

Two ways they run

You do not have to open this menu to use a quick action. There are two paths:

• Rhazes chooses. If your message clearly calls for one, Rhazes runs the matching quick action itself. Asking "what could be going on here?" gets you a differential without you selecting anything.
• You choose. Selecting one from More before you send says exactly which one you want.

Picking one yourself is worth doing when you want to be certain, or when your wording could reasonably point at more than one. Otherwise just ask, and let Rhazes work it out.

How a quick action uses the chat

Either way, every quick action reads the same session content, meaning your typed text, dictation, attachments and linked patient. The order you added things in doesn't matter, only that they are there before you send.
