Starting a chat

Opening a session

Select New chat in the sidebar. Every chat is its own thread, and nothing from a previous session carries over unless you add it yourself.

What sits around the message box

• The paperclip attaches files to the chat.
• The microphone records dictation, or lets you upload an audio file.
• Link a patient attaches an existing patient record, so Rhazes has their history without you retyping it.
• Add context lets you brief Rhazes over several messages without it replying each time.
• More, the plus button, opens the quick actions, which is where you tell Rhazes what to produce.
• Sources controls where Rhazes is allowed to look when it searches.

Sending

Type your message and send it as you would anywhere else. You can combine things in one message, for example dictating a consultation and attaching a referral letter together.

If you send a plain question with no quick action selected, Rhazes answers it directly. Picking one first is how you ask for something specific instead. See Quick actions.
