Linking a patient to a chat
Link a patient record to a chat so Rhazes has their history without you retyping it, and what that unlocks on each response.

Linking one
Select Link a patient beside the message box, then search by patient name or reference. Once linked, the chip shows who the chat is attached to.
What it changes
Rhazes has that patient's recorded history available for the rest of the session, so you do not need to re-describe context you have already documented.
Linking a patient also unlocks Store in patient record on each response, which is how a generation gets saved back to that patient. See Storing a response in a patient record.
Unlinking
Select the cross on the chip. If you unlink the wrong patient, the confirmation offers an Undo.
