Joining a space
Join a Rhazes space from an invitation, a shared link or the Discover tab, and what access you get once you are in.

From an invitation
Go to Spaces and open the Invitations tab, or follow the link in the email. Accept, and you are in with whatever role you were invited at.
You can decline instead, which tells the sender rather than leaving them waiting.
If the link says it no longer works, the invitation has expired. They last seven days. Ask whoever sent it to resend it, which is one click for them.
From Discover
Public spaces are listed under Discover, and you can join one instantly. You arrive as a viewer, which means you can read every document in it and use it in your own chats and workflows, but not change anything.

From a link or a QR code
A link or a scanned code to a public space takes you to a page showing what it is, then lets you join from there.
What you can see before joining
For a public space: its name, description, image, who owns it and their specialty, how many members it has and how many documents it holds. Not the documents themselves. You see enough to decide whether it is worth joining, and nothing more until you have.
A private space shows you nothing at all without an invitation. It behaves as though it does not exist.
Requesting to join
Where a space accepts them, you can request to join with a short message, and an owner or admin approves or rejects it. You can have one pending request per space, and you can cancel it while it is waiting.
After you are in
The space appears in Your spaces. From there you can press Use space to start a chat against it, or connect it to a workflow.
