Extracting medical codes from a chat
Open the Rhazes coding module beside your chat to code an encounter against ICD-11, SNOMED or your own uploaded standard.

Open More and choose Extract medical codes. The coding module opens beside your chat.
This is the detailed path. If you only want ICD-11 codes back in the conversation, you can just ask instead. See Asking for codes in a chat.
What it gives you that asking does not
- A choice of code set. ICD-11 and SNOMED are built in, and any coding standard you have uploaded yourself appears alongside them.
- Evidence per code. Rhazes reads the clinical record in the chat and shows what in it supports each code it suggests, so you can check rather than trust.
- The tools around the codes, including searching a code set directly and working through postcoordination.
Trying it first
Opening the module is free. You are only asked to upgrade at the point of actually generating codes, so you can look around before deciding.
