How to reset a forgotten Rhazes password, what to do when the reset link has expired, and when there is no password to reset.

Resetting it
On the sign-in screen, choose the forgotten password option and enter your email address. Rhazes sends you a link. Follow it, then set a new password twice to confirm it.
New passwords must be at least eight characters.
If you signed in with Google, Epic or Oracle Health
There is no Rhazes password to reset. Your sign-in is managed by that provider, and your password is changed with them rather than here.
This is the commonest reason a reset appears not to work. If you originally signed up by pressing Sign in with Google, entering an email and password will never let you in, however many times you reset it. Use the same button you used the first time.
You can tell from Settings: if Change password is greyed out with a note that it is not available for your account type, your account is managed by a provider.
If the link has expired
Reset links do not last indefinitely, and Rhazes will tell you plainly when one has lapsed. Request a fresh one and use that.
If you have requested several, only the newest works. Going back to an older email is a common way to end up stuck in a loop, so delete the earlier ones or scroll to the most recent.

After resetting
If you reset because you thought somebody else had your password, check your active sessions and sign out anything you do not recognise. See Your account and security.
