Using a referral code
Enter a Rhazes referral or promo code at checkout to get the discount, and what to do if the code is not accepted.
Updated
Where to enter it
On Settings → Billing, before you subscribe. The field asks whether you have a referral or promo code.
What happens
Rhazes checks the code as you type. When it is valid, it confirms the code is accepted, names the person you are supporting where it can, and the discount is applied at checkout.
You will see the discounted amount on Stripe's checkout before you pay, so there is no need to take it on trust.
Enter it before you pay
The code has to go in before checkout. Adding one to a subscription that already exists is not something you can do yourself, so if you have missed it, email support@rhazes.ai rather than cancelling and resubscribing.
If it is not accepted
- Check the spelling. Codes are lower case, and letters, numbers, hyphens and underscores only.
- Check it is still active. The person who gave it to you may have disabled it.
- Ask them to confirm it. Their codes are listed on their own referral page.
Where these codes come from
Usually a colleague already using Rhazes, who earns commission when you subscribe. The same field also accepts promotional codes from us. See How the Rhazes referral programme works.
