Tracking your referrals and commissions

The numbers at the top

• Referrals. How many people have subscribed through you.
• Pending. Earned, but not yet withdrawable.
• Approved. Cleared and available to withdraw.
• Paid out. Already sent to you.

What each commission status means

• Pending. The commission exists but is inside a hold period. The dashboard shows the date it becomes payable.
• Approved. The hold has passed. This is money you can withdraw.
• Paid. Withdrawn and sent.
• Reversed. The underlying payment was refunded or charged back, so the commission was removed. The reason is recorded.
• Void. Cancelled before it was ever payable.

Why there is a hold

Because a subscription can be refunded after it is paid. Paying commission the instant a payment lands would mean clawing it back from you later, which is a worse experience than waiting a little.

So commission clears a refund hold first, and what reaches Approved is money that is genuinely yours.

What is not counted

Commission is on the first billing cycle of each referred subscription. Renewals in later months do not generate further commission, so a referral is a one-off rather than a recurring income.

That is worth understanding before you plan around it. Ten colleagues on yearly plans is a very different number from ten on monthly plans.

When a referral does not show

Give it a little time after they subscribe, since the commission is created when the payment is confirmed rather than when they click subscribe.

If it still does not appear, check that they actually used your code or clicked your link within 60 days. If you are confident they did, email support@rhazes.ai with the date and the code.
