Setting up payouts and withdrawing
Connect a bank account to receive Rhazes referral commission, the minimum withdrawal, and what each payout status means.

Setting up payouts
Payouts run through Stripe. Set up payouts takes you to Stripe to add your bank details.
Bank details only, and they go to Stripe rather than to Rhazes. Your account status shows as Not set up, Pending verification, or Active as you go through it.
Country support
Stripe does not support payouts everywhere. If your country is not supported the dashboard says so and the option is unavailable. Contact support if you need an alternative.
If your country is missing from your profile, add it there first, since the check reads that. See Completing your clinician profile.
Withdrawing
Once payouts are active, withdraw your approved balance from the dashboard.
There is a minimum, shown on the page. If your balance is below it, Rhazes tells you what you need to reach rather than failing silently.
Do not press it twice
If a withdrawal is already processing, Rhazes says so and asks you not to retry. The balance updates once it settles.
Repeated attempts do not make the money arrive faster, and they make it harder to work out what happened if something does go wrong.
Payout statuses
- Pending. Queued.
- Processing. On its way.
- Paid. Arrived, with the date it was sent.
- Failed. Something went wrong, with the reason. Usually bank details.
- Canceled. The payout was stopped before it went out.
If your account is suspended
A suspended referral account shows a banner and cannot earn or withdraw. Contact support@rhazes.ai to find out why.
Commission already earned is not lost when an account is closed. Payout records are kept precisely so anything owed can still be settled.
