Downloading the report and managing audits
Download a completed Rhazes audit as a PDF report, find earlier audits by status, and delete one you no longer need.

Downloading the report
Once an audit finishes, Download report produces a PDF of the results.
The button only appears on a completed audit. A partial audit has a compliance figure that is still moving, and a report of it would be wrong by the time you circulated it.
Before you circulate it
Check the not-met records against their evidence first. See Checking the evidence behind a result.
A report is the point where an audit stops being your working document and becomes something other people act on. Anything you have not checked, you are asking them to take on trust.
Your audit list
Every audit you have created is listed with its status, so you can tell at a glance what is pending, what is still running and what is finished. Open any of them to return to the results.
Nothing expires. An audit from last year is still there with its records, its evidence and its numbers, which is what makes a re-audit a genuine comparison rather than an approximation.
Re-auditing
For the next cycle of an existing audit, build a new one with the same standards rather than adding records to the old one. That keeps each cycle as a clean, separate figure, which is what a comparison needs.
If you kept the records in your workspace, the new audit can select from them directly. See Adding the records to audit.
Deleting an audit
An audit can be deleted from its menu, and Rhazes asks you to confirm.
Deleting removes the audit, its standards and its results. Think about it before you do it on anything that has been reported, since the report is a summary and the audit is the evidence behind it. If somebody questions a figure in six months, the audit is the only thing that can answer them.
