What you can and cannot do with a Rhazes patient record a colleague has shared with you, and where shared patients appear.

A patient shared with you by a colleague is read-only. You can see the clinical information, the files and the saved outputs, and use the record as context in your own chats.
You cannot edit the record, add files to it, or delete it. Those stay with whoever owns it.
