Loading and syncing EHR data
Load a patient's EHR data into Rhazes for the first time, keep it current with a sync, and what to do when a sync fails.

Loading it the first time
Data is not fetched until you ask for it. Use Load data on a tab to bring that type in. Rhazes shows progress as it goes, since a patient with a long history takes a while.
Keeping it current
Sync checks for anything new since the last time and adds it. It looks for new entries rather than re-fetching everything, so a sync on an already-loaded patient is quick, and tells you when there was nothing new to find.
Sync all tabs does the same across every data type at once.
When it fails
A sync can fail, for one tab or for all of them, usually because the EHR did not respond. Rhazes says which failed and lets you retry. A failure means data was not fetched, not that the patient has none.
Check the date
Because data is fetched rather than live, what you are looking at is current as of the last load or sync. Sync before relying on it for anything time-sensitive.
