Deleting a patient
Delete a Rhazes patient record for good, and see what goes with it and what is left behind, including linked chats and your EHR.

Open the patient and delete it. You will be asked to confirm, and it cannot be undone.
Deleting a patient removes the record, its clinical information, its files and the outputs saved to it.
Chats that were linked to the patient are not deleted. They stay in your session list as ordinary conversations, having lost their link to a record that no longer exists.
If the patient was linked to your EHR, deleting the Rhazes record changes nothing in the hospital system.
