Choosing which emails Rhazes sends you
Turn Rhazes emails off entirely or choose category by category, from newsletters and product updates to feedback surveys.

The master switch
Enabled notifications is the top-level control. Turn it off and you have opted out.
The categories
If you would rather keep some and not others, each is a separate switch:
- Newsletter emails. General updates from Rhazes.
- Product features. New capabilities as they ship. The one most clinicians keep, since features arrive fairly often and there is no other way to hear about them.
- Deals and promo emails. Offers and pricing.
- Campaign emails. Campaigns Rhazes runs.
- Feedback surveys. Invitations to help shape the product.
What these settings do not cover
They govern the email Rhazes chooses to send you. They do not switch off email that exists because you or a colleague did something:
- An invitation to a shared session or a space.
- Account confirmations, including the one that confirms account deletion.
Those follow the action, not your preferences, and turning notifications off does not suppress them. It would be a poor outcome if a colleague shared a patient with you and you never heard about it because you had opted out of a newsletter two years earlier.
