Examination
Blood pressure is 138/84 millimetres of mercury, heart rate is 72 beats per minute and regular, temperature is 36.6 degrees Celsius, and body mass index is 27.4 kilograms per square metre. Right knee inspection reveals a small effusion and crepitus on passive flexion and extension, with tenderness along the medial joint line. Skin inspection shows erythematous, slightly lichenified plaques in both antecubital fossae.
Chest auscultation reveals clear vesicular breath sounds bilaterally with no wheeze or crepitations. Right knee examination shows no joint warmth, no erythema, and intact cruciate and collateral ligaments. Skin examination of the antecubital fossae shows no signs of secondary bacterial infection such as weeping or crusting.

Offered discussion of the advantages, disadvantages and risks of a data breach, together with an explanation of how it works.
