The Rhazes workflow steps you can use
Every workflow step available in Rhazes, from reading a patient record to calculating a score, branching, and producing a document.

Getting information in
- Input. What the workflow needs before it starts.
- Patient details. Name, date of birth and identifiers from a patient record.
- Patient record. The clinical information held on a patient.
- Sources. What the workflow is allowed to draw on, such as a Space or particular guidelines. See Choosing what a workflow can draw on.
Doing the work
- Ask Rhazes. A reasoning step. This is where the clinical thinking happens.
- Calculate. A number worked out the same way every time. See Calculations you can rely on.
- Branch. Take a different route depending on a condition. See Branching on a condition.
- Chat. A conversational step within the run.
Involving you
- Ask. Put a question to the clinician mid-run and wait for the answer. See Asking the clinician mid-run.
Producing something
- Document. Generate a document from one of your templates.
- PDF form. Fill one of your fillable PDF forms.
- Create patient. Make a patient record from what the workflow found.
- Create tasks. File tasks onto your list. See Filing tasks from a workflow.
- Handoff. Finish by running another of your workflows, chaining them into a pipeline. See Chaining workflows together.
- Output. What the workflow returns when it finishes.
