Filing tasks from a workflow
Have a Rhazes workflow file follow-up tasks onto your list with due dates, grouped into a task list it creates and reuses by name.

What it does
A Create tasks step files tasks onto your list as part of the run. The follow-up call, the results to chase, the letter to check: the workflow that identified them can also file them.
Due dates and lists
You set when the filed tasks fall due, and which list they go on. The list is created the first time the workflow runs and reused by name afterwards, so a weekly workflow builds one list rather than a new one each week.
Tasks and workflows are independent
You do not need workflows to use tasks, and a workflow does not have to file any. They work together when it suits: a workflow that files its own follow-ups saves you writing them down, but a task you add yourself is exactly the same kind of task. See Tasks.
Where they show up
Filed tasks appear on your task list alongside everything else, marked with the workflow that filed them so you can see where one came from.
