Using a Rhazes template
Use a Rhazes template when generating a document or a note from a consultation transcript, and pin the ones you use daily.
Updated
In a chat
Open More and choose Generate document. Your templates are listed with a search box.
Rhazes also knows your templates by name, so asking for a document by its template name works without opening the menu. See Quick actions.
The document is built from what is already in the chat, so get the material in first and generate afterwards.
From a transcript
Open a transcription and generate a note from it. You choose the template, and Rhazes writes the note from the transcript.
Rhazes preselects whichever template you used last, since most people work to the same one or two.
Correct the transcript before generating. The note is written from the text as it stands, so a mistake in the transcript becomes a mistake in the note. See Reading and editing a transcript.
Pinning the ones you use
Templates can be pinned, which brings them to the top of the list wherever templates are offered. Most clinicians use two or three constantly and the rest rarely, so pinning turns the picker from something you search into something you glance at.
More than one at a time
Document generation can run more than once from a single message, so you can ask for two different documents together. See Generating more than one document at once.
Deleting one you no longer use
Delete a template from its menu. Documents already generated from it are unaffected, since they are finished documents and do not refer back to the template that shaped them.
If it is an override of a Rhazes default, consider resetting it instead. See Overriding a Rhazes default template.
