Overriding a Rhazes default template
Replace a built-in Rhazes template with your own version, starting from what Rhazes already writes, and reset it if it goes wrong.

What overriding does
The built-in templates are supplied by Rhazes and cannot be edited in place. Instead you create your own version of one, which then takes its place for you.
From that point on, whenever you use that document type, Rhazes uses your version. Anywhere the built-in would have been offered, yours appears instead, under the same name.
You start from the Rhazes version, not a blank page
An override is created as a copy of the current default content. You are editing a working template, not rebuilding one, so you can change the two headings you disagree with and leave the rest.
This is the reason to override rather than to create a new template from scratch when the supplied one is nearly right.
One override per template type
You can have one override of each default template. Asking to override a type you have already overridden opens the version you already made rather than creating a second one, so there is never a question of which of your two discharge summaries is in use.
It behaves like any other template
Rename it, edit it, pin it, refine it in conversation, or generate example output from it. It also counts toward the template limit on your plan, the same as one you built yourself.
Overriding changes nothing for anyone else, and nothing about the Rhazes default itself. Other people on your team keep seeing the supplied version unless they override it too.
Resetting it
Reset to default discards your edits and puts the content back to the Rhazes version. The template itself stays, keeping its place and its pin, and only the content is replaced.
Reset only applies to overrides. A template you created from scratch has no default to go back to, so it can only be edited or deleted.
Reset gives you the current default
Reset fetches the Rhazes version as it stands now, not the copy you originally took. If the supplied template has been improved since you overrode it, resetting gives you the improved one.
That makes reset worth doing occasionally even when you are happy with your version, since it is the only way to see what the supplied template has become. You will need to re-apply your own changes afterwards if you still want them.
