Linking a task to a patient
Attach a Rhazes task to a patient record so everything outstanding for one patient is a single filter away before a round or a review.

Tasks can be linked to a patient, whether you added them yourself or a workflow filed them.
The benefit is filtering. Before a review or a ward round, everything outstanding for that patient is one filter away, instead of scattered through a list organised by date.
It also keeps the task meaningful. "Chase the ACR" makes sense attached to a patient and means very little on its own three days later.
