Adding a task in Rhazes
Write a task in plain language and let Rhazes read the date and time out of the sentence, rather than filling in fields.
Updated
Just write it
Type the task as you would say it. "Chase Mrs Patel's ACR by Friday at 2pm" is enough.
The date and time are read out of the sentence, and the rest becomes the task. You do not have to separate them yourself or open a date picker for the common case.
What that means in practice
- "Call renal about the dialysis slot tomorrow" files for tomorrow.
- "Review Mr Okafor's bloods Monday morning" files for Monday.
- "Sign discharge summary for bed 12" files with no due date, which is fine for something you will do today anyway.
Adding detail
A task can also carry notes, for anything the next person needs to know. Worth using when the task will make no sense to you in a week, or when someone else may pick it up.
Priority
Tasks can be marked low, normal, high or urgent. Use it sparingly. A list where everything is urgent is a list with no priorities at all.
Where it goes
New tasks land unlisted unless you put them on a list. See Organising tasks into lists.
