Organising tasks into lists

Group tasks into lists like Ward round or Clinic Tuesday, give each a colour, and have Rhazes suggest the grouping for you.

What a list is

A list groups tasks that belong together: Ward round, Clinic Tuesday, a particular project. Group by list and you see them together instead of scattered through everything else.

Each list has a name and a colour, so it is recognisable at a glance in a long list of tasks. List names are unique, so you cannot end up with two lists called the same thing.

Making one

Create a list and name it for how you actually work. Lists that match a session, a round or a place tend to earn their keep; lists that match a category rarely do.

Letting Rhazes suggest them

Rhazes can look at your open tasks and propose a list for each one, naming the lists it would create and giving a reason for each.

It is a proposal. You see what it suggests before anything moves, and the whole thing is applied together or not at all, so you never end up with half your tasks reorganised.

This is most useful when a list has grown untended and you want structure imposed on it in one go, rather than sorting fifty tasks by hand.

Deleting a list

Deleting a list does not delete its tasks. They stay on your list, unlisted, so removing a grouping you no longer want cannot lose work.
