Finding a task

Filter your Rhazes tasks by list, by patient or by status, and switch between grouping by date and grouping by list.

The filters

Tasks can be narrowed by:

  • List, to work through one grouping at a time.
  • Patient, for everything outstanding on one person.
  • Status, to see all open tasks, or include what is already done.

Grouping by list

Switching to group by list shows tasks under their list headings rather than by date. Right when you are working through a round or a clinic and want that block of work together.

Date grouping answers "what needs doing now". List grouping answers "what is left in this piece of work". Both are useful, at different moments.

Keeping it findable

The most reliable way to keep a task findable is to write it as a sentence that will still mean something later. "Chase result" is unfindable by the time you have twenty of them; "Chase Mrs Patel's ACR" is not.
