Choosing what gets coded
Narrow Rhazes coding to particular parts of a session, so a long chat covering two cases does not produce codes for both.

Why narrow it
By default Rhazes codes everything available in the session. That is usually right, but not always. A long chat that wandered into a second case, or one where you pasted reference material, will produce codes for things that were never part of the encounter you are coding.
What you can include or exclude
- From the session: your messages, Rhazes' responses, and generated outputs.
- Patient data and patient files from a linked patient.
- Uploaded files attached to the chat.
Getting it right
Narrow it when the session contains more than the encounter. Leave it alone when the chat is the encounter, which is the common case.
