The idea
A coding standard is the set of codes your organisation works to. It might be ICD-10, OPCS-4, SNOMED CT, or a local list your service maintains. It tells Rhazes which codes are yours to use.
Built in, or your own
ICD-11 and SNOMED are built into Rhazes and need no setup. If you code to something else, upload it as a coding standard and it appears alongside them. See Preparing your coding standard file.
One per code set
Keep a separate standard for each specialty or contract where the code sets genuinely differ. That way a chat only ever sees the codes that apply to it, instead of matching against a pile of codes that were never in scope.
