Setting up Rhazes for your practice or team

Set Rhazes up for a practice or team using Spaces: invite colleagues, share reference documents, and control who can do what.

Updated

There's no separate "team" plan to set up

Rhazes doesn't have a separate organisation or team account layer sitting above individual accounts. Instead, a Space is how a practice or team works together: a shared workspace with its own members, roles and reference documents.

Creating a Space for your team

Create a Space from the Library section of the sidebar, give it a name, and choose its visibility: private to invited members, visible to your organisation, or fully public. From there you can invite colleagues by email, and each one gets a role that controls what they can do.

Roles at a glance

  • Owner: full control, including deleting the Space.
  • Admin: manages members, settings and content.
  • Moderator: manages content and can invite people.
  • Viewer: read-only access.

What a Space actually shares

Reference documents uploaded to a Space are available to every member working inside it, so your team's guidelines, protocols or preferred formats don't need to be re-uploaded per person. Chats can be started inside a Space too, keeping that context available to whoever's collaborating on it.

Going deeper

This is only the entry point. See Spaces for the full picture on visibility settings, join requests, and managing invitations.
