A tour of the Rhazes interface

The sidebar is organised around what you're doing, not what the feature is called.

Chats and Workflows

At the very top is a toggle between Chats and Workflows. These are two modes rather than two pages: Chats is the conversation you are having now, Workflows is the automated work you have set up to run on its own. See Workflows.

Everything below changes to match the mode you are in.

Clinical

The work itself:

• Patients: your patient records and their history.
• Tasks: your to-do list, whether you added the task yourself or a workflow filed it. See Tasks.
• Audits: audits you've set up, with their standards and results.
• Shared with me: chats or patients a colleague has shared with you.

Library

Things you configure once and reuse across many chats:

• Spaces: shared workspaces with their own reference documents and members.
• Templates: document templates for notes, letters and summaries.
• Coding standards: the code sets, such as ICD-11, SNOMED CT or your own, that Rhazes codes against.

Recent

Below Clinical and Library, the sidebar lists your chat sessions. Pinned sessions stay at the top, and everything else falls under Recent, most recently updated first. That's how you get back into a chat you were in yesterday.

Getting to settings and help

• Your account menu, covering profile, subscription and sign-out, is reached from your avatar.
• Settings covers your profile, security, notifications, appearance, saved contacts, usage limits and sources.
• The help launcher, a question-mark icon, opens help guides, what's new, and how to contact support without leaving your current chat.

Starting work

The fastest way into Rhazes is the New chat action at the top of the sidebar. It drops you into a blank session ready for a prompt, a dictation, or an attachment. See Starting your first chat for what to do once you're there.
