Sending feedback or reporting a problem

How to report a Rhazes bug, flag unsafe output or a privacy concern, and how this differs from rating a single response.

Updated

Two different kinds of feedback

Rating a single response with thumbs up or down, covered in Rating a response, tells us about that one answer. The feedback form covered here is for anything broader: a bug, a security concern, or something about the product itself rather than one specific reply.

Where to find it

Open the help launcher and choose Help & feedback, or go straight to the feedback page.

What to report

Pick the category that fits:

  • Security vulnerability: anything that looks like it could expose data or bypass access controls.
  • Something is broken: a feature that isn't working as expected.
  • Incorrect or unsafe output: a specific response that was wrong in a way that matters clinically.
  • Data or privacy concern: anything involving patient data or your own account information.
  • Other: anything that doesn't fit the categories above.

Severity

Alongside the category, mark how serious the issue is, from Low to Critical. This helps the team triage what needs attention first. A Critical report about unsafe output gets looked at very differently from a Low-severity wording niggle.

What happens after you send it

Your report goes directly to the team, not to a public forum. You won't get an automatic reply, but genuinely urgent issues, especially security or unsafe-output reports, are looked at quickly.
