Removing filler words
Drop ums and uhs from a Rhazes transcript while keeping everything else word for word, and when to leave the setting off.

What it does
With this on, hesitations like "um" and "uh" are dropped from the transcript. Everything else is kept word for word.
What it does not do
It is not summarising or tidying. Repetitions, false starts and the way people actually talk all survive. The only thing removed is the hesitation noise.
When to leave it off
Leave it off if you want the transcript to be a faithful record of the encounter. Turn it on if you mainly read transcripts to work from, where the fillers are just noise.
Set it under Settings → Transcription preferences.
