Choosing US, UK or Australian spelling
Set whether Rhazes writes transcripts and documents in US, UK or Australian English, so notes match local convention.

Transcripts can be written in US, UK or Australian English.
This is about how words are spelled, not what is said. Picking UK English gets you "oedema" and "haemoglobin" where US English gets "edema" and "hemoglobin". It carries through into documents generated from the transcript, which is where it matters most, since a note in the wrong convention reads as careless.
Set it under Settings → Transcription preferences.
