What it does
If you have uploaded a fillable PDF, Rhazes can complete its fields from the session, rather than you retyping details it already has.
Using it
Ask for the form by name. Rhazes knows your saved PDF forms, so naming one is understood directly.
It fills the fields from the session details available to it, then gives you the completed PDF to download.
Check it before it goes anywhere
A filled form is a draft like any other generation. Fields that the session did not cover, or covered ambiguously, are exactly where to look first.
