A structured assessment and plan for the case in the chat, written against clinical guidelines.
What it draws on
Everything in the session: what you typed or dictated, attachments, and a linked patient's history. Your profile shapes it too, since guidance and drug naming differ by country and the depth of reasoning is pitched at your grade. See Completing your clinician profile.
One per message
An assessment and plan resolves to a single answer per message. To produce plans for two different problems, ask twice.
Checking it
Where the plan draws on a source, the citation is there to open. Anything without one is Rhazes reasoning rather than quoting. See Citations and sources and Reviewing output before you use it.
