Have Rhazes fill a PDF form from a chat and download it, or copy a form another clinician has already set up and shared.

In a chat, ask for the form by name. Rhazes knows your saved PDF forms, so naming one is understood directly. It fills the fields from what is in the session and gives you the completed PDF to download.
Check it before it goes anywhere
A filled form is a draft. The fields to check hardest are the ones the session covered only vaguely, since those are where Rhazes had least to work from. Fields you pinned to a fixed value need no checking, which is a good reason to use them.
Copying a shared form
PDF forms shared by other users can be copied into your own library. This is worth checking before you set one up yourself, since someone may already have done the field-by-field work, which is the slow part.
A copy is yours. Edit the field names, instructions and fixed values to match how your organisation uses the form, since those are exactly the parts likely to differ from whoever shared it.
