Rename, replace or delete a Rhazes coding standard as your code sets change, and how to handle a reissued version of a code set.

Renaming
Standards can be renamed. Worth doing when the original name made sense at upload and stopped making sense once you had several.
Deleting
A standard you no longer code against can be deleted. Work already done against it is unaffected: deleting a standard removes the code list, not the codes you previously assigned.
Replacing an updated list
When a code set is reissued, upload the new version as its own standard rather than trying to patch the old one. Name it so the version is obvious, and delete the superseded one once you have moved over.
