Getting suggested postcoordination axes
Have Rhazes propose which ICD-11 qualifiers the clinical record supports, instead of working through every axis by hand.

Rather than reading every axis yourself, Rhazes can suggest which qualifiers the clinical record actually supports for a code.
Evidence is required
Suggestions only run where there is evidence to reason from. Without it there is nothing to base a suggestion on, and Rhazes says so rather than guessing at plausible-looking qualifiers.

Suggestions are proposals. Check each against the record before accepting it, the same as you would a suggested code. See Reading the evidence behind a code.
