Rhazes can build a PDF from the codes you select and the evidence supporting each one.
This is what makes the work defensible later. A list of codes on its own says what you concluded; the evidence document says why, in a form you can attach to a submission or hand to an auditor.
Select the codes you want included and export. Codes you rejected are not in it, so the document reflects what you actually stand behind.
