December went deep on the two things you build once and reuse constantly: templates, and the codes that come out of a consultation.
Build templates with Rhazes
- Rhazes can now help write a template for you directly in the editor, instead of you building the structure from a blank page.
- A resizable slideout shows how to use a template, lets you import an existing one, and preview it — so you can check a template actually does what you expect before relying on it.
- Snippets can now be reordered by drag-and-drop, instead of having to delete and re-add them in the right order.
- Example outputs are now checked automatically for mistakes, so problems surface while you're building a template rather than the first time you use it on a real patient.
- Emergency Medicine note is now available as a document template.
Diagnostic coding: postcoordination support
A single code often can't say what you actually mean. ICD-11 solves that with postcoordination — attaching extension codes to a stem code to add severity, site, timing and so on — but doing it by hand means knowing which extensions exist and what combination is valid. Rhazes now handles that part.
How it works. Pick a diagnosis and open its postcoordination panel. Rhazes shows the axes that code actually supports — severity, anatomic site, and so on — marking which are required and which accept more than one value. Choose values from each axis and the combined cluster code builds up live at the top of the panel, so you can see exactly what you're about to record.
Rhazes can suggest the combination. Rather than you knowing which extensions to reach for, Rhazes can read the evidence from the consultation and propose a postcoordination for the stem code, which you then accept or adjust. Clearing it and starting again is one action.
- You can search for and add SNOMED codes directly, and adding one that's already on the list is now prevented rather than silently duplicated.
- Selected codes show their full descriptions, so you can confirm what a code actually means before committing to it.
- Child codes under a selected code are available, for when the more specific term is the right one.
- The coding search interface was reworked for clarity throughout.
Spaces polish
- You can now leave a space directly from its details page, instead of needing someone else to remove you.
- Shared sessions now use clearer tabs, and their icons were fixed so it's easier to tell what you're looking at.
- Fixed a bug where renaming a space didn't update everywhere it should have, and cleaned up spacing issues in the space details panel.
Fixes & polish
- Fixed an issue where a template's starting content could show the wrong markdown state right after replacing it.
- Fixed italic text rendering incorrectly in markdown in some places.
- Fixed reference documents getting stuck after a processing error, and added a retry option so you don't have to re-upload the file.
- Fixed a file's status not returning to Ready after a successful retry.
- Fixed files flickering when switching between tabs inside a space.
- Files now open in a new tab instead of replacing the one you were on.
