August brought help inside the product — searchable guides and a What's New panel you can reach without leaving what you're doing.
A Help Centre and What's New, right in the app
Getting stuck used to mean leaving the app to find out how something works — which, mid-consultation, isn't free. Help now lives inside the product.
A Support button in the corner of the home page opens a short list of everywhere you can get help: help and feedback, contacting support, the help guides, what's new, and the clinician community. It's the same set of destinations as the sidebar entry, so there's one answer to "where do I go", not two.
The Help Centre itself holds searchable articles, including ones with embedded video where showing beats telling, and each article suggests related ones so finding the next thing doesn't mean going back to search.
What's New tells you when something's changed. Recent updates get their own page, and a small copper dot on the Support button marks anything you haven't seen yet — it clears once you've looked, and won't keep nagging. A recent update you haven't read can also surface as a dismissible card in the same corner.
Rhazes can answer product questions itself. Ask how something works in the middle of a normal chat and, when the question is about using Rhazes rather than a clinical one, it answers from the real help articles and points you to the one it used — instead of guessing at its own behaviour.
Reload lands you right back in a live answer
- Reloading the page while an answer is still generating now lands you directly back in the live response, instead of a stale snapshot.
- Fixed several cases where a response could fail to recover cleanly after a dropped connection or a returned tab.
- Transcriptions now render as a single card instead of sometimes duplicating as plain text.
- Fixed the chat view over-scrolling past the message you were reading.
Editor: tables, a slash menu, and unfilled note slots
- The editor now supports inserting tables, and a slash menu for quick formatting actions as you type.
- Sections of a note that weren't filled in are now shown as visible chips, with an offer to fill them in rather than leaving a silent gap.
Sign-in and profile setup, streamlined
- A clear Sign In button now replaces a generic avatar when you're signed out.
- Completing your profile moved from a blocking pop-up to its own simple page.
- Login now has a password reveal toggle and warns you when Caps Lock is on.
Fixes & polish
- Added a setting to automatically remove filler words from transcriptions.
- Fixed invite emails sometimes not matching due to formatting differences.
- Fixed low-contrast unchecked checkboxes.
- Added a loading state while diagnostic codes are being generated.
