Location-aware search and guidelines
Guidance is local. The right answer for a clinician in Ireland is often not the right answer in the US, and a search that ignores that returns confidently wrong advice.
Rhazes can now take your location into account when it searches and when it suggests guidelines — preferring the guidance that applies where you practise, and falling back to international sources when there's nothing regional. You set your location once, and it applies from then on.

Steps already told you what Rhazes was doing. Reasoning now streams in alongside them, so you can see why — the consideration behind the current step, as it's being made rather than summarised afterwards. It's kept with the answer, so it's still there when you come back to it later.
Sources panel, refined further
- Domain selection in the sources panel is clearer, with an updated layout.
- Source labels were clarified (for example, "management plan" now reads "assessment and plan").
- Duplicate sources are now merged instead of listed separately.
More reliable dictation, uploads, and scanned documents
- Long dictation recordings are now split automatically so they don't run into an upload size limit.
- Scanned or photographed documents (like phone-scanned PDFs) are now fully processed before Rhazes answers from them, instead of risking an incomplete read.
- Fixed an issue where a newly uploaded file could briefly appear empty right after uploading.
Fixes & polish
- Fixed your saved list of allowed search domains sometimes loading incorrectly.
- Fixed text bleeding through file preview chips.
- Fixed numbered lists clipping instead of wrapping cleanly.
- Improved reliability of subscription billing updates.
